Is it yet time for some X-Mas inspiration?

Sure. With a little more than one month to go until the festivities begin, I think it is absolutely appropriate to share some of my favorite Christmas decorations here on the blog. Broste Copenhagen, a Danish product designer, interpreted X-Mas exactly the way I would want to decorate my apartement… pure, reduced but nevertheless cosy and extremely authentic. What do you think? Happy pre-x-mas!

Subway tiles & black floor

I know I know I know… it is far too long since my last post. But hey, I got totally inspired by this beautiful Scandinavian apartment – especially because of the white subway tiles in the kitchen (big fan) and the black wooden floor. I am working on my “what-I-want-if-I-design-my-own-house”-list and the tiles will definitely be on it:) Happy mid-week!

Marble it is

I love the fact that this kitchen is designed without any upper head cupboards. This makes it so light and spacious. And yes, I am totally into marble and can’t think of any other material for my future-dream-kitchen than this white shimmering stone…

Black framed Windows

Again. I found one of these gorgeous apartments I would like to move in right away. Although it is not yet entirely furnished and it still lacks of personality and individual style, I imagine how it would feel like living in after I have spent hours shopping for decor, fabrics, photographs, illustrations, tableware, books, and so on…. Happy almost weekend!
